After Mossel Bay we drove to Port Elizabeth and along the way we passed through the tsitsikima reserve, but due to a fire a couple of months back there wasn’t much to do. In the same area you could experience the highest bungy jump in the world: 216 meters high!!! Nobody dared doing that. I got a stomachache just looking at the bridge! Haha! But we did watch a couple of them crazy brave ones who did it… very impressive! On the road we had a very warm welcome from a baboon family enjoying the afternoon sun .
Most of this day we spent on the road covering looong distances till Port Elizabeth. We didn’t get to see much of the town, but we stayed at a charming guest house where Stewart used to work. The following day we had an early start and we drove to the main destination of this whole trip: Addo National Park. But that’s for the third part!!
